Help put money on torment!?

first off i do not enjoy health insurance but i did discuss to my doctor about this over a year ago and he didnt really say aloud much about it. okay so for almost a year and half/ two years ive have this really weird anguish in my spinal column. it is in the center of my stern, right on my spine. and is about the size of a partly dollar. you cant actually see it, at lowest i cant, theres no bruise bump mark or unthinking. but it feels resembling needles in this one spot on my spine, and the worst is it switches over to man incredibly itchy but its so deep surrounded by my back i cant do anything, any concept on what this is? You need a press for ur bak.
