Help, Im nocturnal!?

Like an owl who goes to sleep within the morning and wakes up at hours of darkness.just not exactly that extreme.
However these winter holidays hold put me into a really bad rhythm, and since im a university student and can choose if i want to turn to class or not, i find myself going to sleep at like 2:30-3:00 (and consequently lying in bed waiting to nose-dive asleep for ages) and then wake up past 12:00 the middle of the day (today for example i woke up at 15:00!) i really need to obtain out of this pattern but its so difficult!! what can i do?! Try to stir to bed earlier, and after set your alarm to wake up before.
keep doing this, shifting it about 15 minutes everyday.
try to relax..do insightful breathing...do yoga.get away from coffee and other drinks that have caffeine...PRAY and keep your mind from senseless anxieties.
