How abundant hourse of sleep do you stipulation to rouse up and not grain tired?

I can't seem to find a glowing medium! I used to lone sleep maybe 4-5 hours a dark... and of course I be tired when I got up... after I was sleeping 7-8 hours. and I still woke up tired! Now I'm sleeping give or take a few 10-11 hours and I'M STILL WAKING UP TIRED! What's the deal? I've hear the theory that you can "Over sleep"... if you sleep too much... you will still be tired if more tired. And of course... if you don't seize enough sleep... afterwards you'll be tired. What should I do? If you are tired even after sleeping for 10 hrs, have a blood examination. You maybe undersupplied iron or have a lower heamoglobin count. I used to enjoy this problem when I used to skip meals but not anymore since I enjoy started eating regularly especially breakfast. Its a combination of several things. Including stress. try to pinpoint the problem and work towards a solution.
Even if you feel groggy contained by the morning that's usually normal, I know I do. You lone need 8 hours, 9 sooner no more than that is NEEDED I would read out to be functional throughout your work day. What I do is set an alarm at (in my case) 8:20, later re-set it to 8:35 it helps to be capable of get some extra sleep surrounded by right after waking
