How can I acquire my audible range final? Something's wrong near my ears and I don't know what!?

I woke up 4 days ago and could barely hear out of my right ear. I own been sick near bronchitis for the past few weeks but I'm pretty much over it very soon. I don't feel any drainage within my ear or anything. I can barely hear out of it and I hear ringing surrounded by it from time to time. I'm almost deaf out of it and now I'm starting to cart on symptoms in my vanished ear too. I can barely hear myself verbalize. At times the insides of my ear (possibly my ear drums) feel bulky but I don't hear or feel any drainage. I've lost most audible range and it's really starting to scare me. I own no medical insurance so I can't go to a doctor. I'm not sure what's cause this. I've tried Claritin and Sudaffed with no luck. Any belief on what could be wrong and how to clear it so I can get my audible range back? I'm desperate! Just because you don't "feel" anything within your ears, doesn't mean you don't hold an ear infection. All the symptoms you describe are due to an infection. You need antibiotics, preferably amoxicillan (penicillin), unless allergic. No over the counter medication will combat germs, no doubt brought upon by the bronchitis. The ringing (tinnitus), is cause by increased blood flow to the ears. Please go to a local county clinic where on earth you can obtain low-cost meticulousness and medicines. Left untreated you can despoil your hearing for go.
Sounds like (no pun intended) an ear infection. This is what happen to me, but not as badly.
