How can i gain the arch pay for contained by my foot!! HeLp!!?

I've gone completley flat-footed!! Is there any sympathetic of shoe i can wear or foot pad or something i can wear!!?!??!!? Do i own to go to a doctor or what!!?!?!? HELP PLEASE!! You can buy arch supports at grocery stores and wal-mart, i'm pretty flatfooted, but they should backing with that
