How can i hold on to my pay for from hurting while meditate?

Try leaning on pillows. Thai meditation pillows are best. They are firm and shaped approaching a triangle. There are two reason for this: When you are meditate, you want everything in your body to own space to move. You want your airways to be open, your lungs to be capable of expand, etc. This pillow puts you at an angle to do so. It also take pressure rotten your lower back muscles to hold up your chest, chief, and shoulders.
