How are mental hospitals??

do u have to hold a sleeping scedual when to get up and stuff? and when u help yourself to a shower where do u clutch it The psychiatric wards enjoy schedules to put some predictability to the events of the residents. Routine is important to the clients within order to enjoy structure in their life span.
They do like to own some order to the daylight - lights out... breakfast is served... medication time...etc. Personal hygiene is mostly up to the patient... unless you stink!
It'll be okay, purely roll with it.
