im feeling really sick and i enjoy chills. how can i tell if i own a fever or not? i don't hold a thermometer nor can i go out and procure 1. i obviously don't requirement a precise number but would like to know how i can communicate if i am running a fever. If you own chills and are achey, you have a confusion. Have someone else feel your forehead first. Also, a headache usually comes along with a elevated fever.
If you still quality like this tomorrow, you enjoy to see a doctor. Too bad it's the weekend. You'll own to go to the ER, unless your insurance have something like an "urgent carefulness." Good luck, hon. :)
Sense the temperature difference between your cheeks and forehead. Tis how I do it next to me and my children. Not accurate but it gives me indication.
