Help! Sleepwalking...?

Since childhood I've had a discouraging habit of sleepwalking but there's a difference. I come across to almost be awake while I'm sleepwalking. I seem to interact beside things and get frustrated because the "microwave won't open" (This microwave be the flatscreen two rooms away- eg.). I find myself going to the toilet like contained by a dreamstate and get stuck between the doorway and a table...soon... I climb onto the table ...next I wakeup finding myself on top of a table after an almost trance approaching walk! Thing is I'm fully aware of what I'm doing (like passage a microwave, going to the toilet or simply turning on a light) but there are simple obstacle in my path that seem impossible to cross. It's frozen to explain and there are no answers because populace don't dream when they sleepwalk. I have a Father that does like peas in a pod thing but within is noone else. I have woken up beside injuries and find myself embarrassed by my stupidness. Please give a hand, btw I'm 16 years old.
