Thanks NO, even though it feels approaching you are hot enough to practically lock in anything you touch on fire because you surface so very hot, it is without a solution to die from a hot flash related to Peri menopause or menopause. During a hot flash your actual body temperature does not rise, if it did to the point a hot flash can make you discern than the hospitals would be filled to the brim beside women going through the change.
