Help! Whenever I sneeze, cough, or gurgle, or smile..?

I go poop and diarrhea a bit bit in my pantsy wantsys!! It's so shameful. All the time kids tell me I stink and stuff whenever I hold an accident. Help. My cross-question to you is: Do you fell the "urge" before this happen? If you don't feel it "coming," afterwards seriously, go see a doctor.
converse to your doctor about this. it's not an atypical problem and can be resolved with a bit of a nip/tuck. kegel more recurrently.
