How 2 bring rid of a zit FAST?

Not sure if this works but I heard smashing an aspirin (has to be the productive aspirin not motrin or Tylenol) and make a smooth mixture of it with hose then apply to pimple. It is supposed to assist dry it. It might be an old wives account but could be worth a try.
