How can i generate these headache turn away!?

ok so i get headache almost everyday..i really hate taking drug though. i think its result in i tense up my collar and face muscles unintentionaly, and after it starts hurting. i also drink nearly enuogh fluids. i don't know how to do more of either of these things! abet! i know this sounds weird but put a heat pad on your commander it really helps!
if u use caffeine avoid it
