How can I escape...?

I have masses stressfull things happening surrounded by my life right very soon. I just have need of some ideas/tips to help relieve my stress. yoga,meditate and drink tea
Try Hanging Out With Friends, Leaving The House And Going For Long Walks Maybe Even Long Walks On the Beach that Always Calms Me Down You Could Also Take Up A New Sport Or Start To Workout At A Gym Maybe Even Doing Yoga Or Gymnastics Or Try Swimming But Basically Just Try TO Stay Away From The People Putting The Stress Upon Your Shoulders And You Should Be Able To Feel Much Much Better But Don't Completely Zero Them Out That'll Just Lead To More Issues
