Home remedies for stuffy feeler?

I Have a really really stuffed up nose and a sore throat etc etc and i can hardly breath or sleep. The thing bugging me most is the stuffy feeler, and everywhere is closed to buy ne products, is there ne home remedies i can use to obtain rid of this fast? buy a neti pot lol my friend used it and its suposed to work reallly biddable
