High oxalate intake- inflict kidney stones?

i got a juicer for christmas and i started to liquid every vegetable and fruit i could find.
then i read that a elevated oxalate intake could cause kidney stones and i read that rhubarb and spinach are giant in oxalate.
should i be alarmed? or does juicing it and not consumption the vegetable itself change anything? Don't be alarmed.
Just put away everything in moderation.
I'm sure you're not drinking 3 spinach milkshakes a hours of daylight.
You body is perfectly effective of handling a moderate amount of oxalate. Don't overdo it and you're just fine.
Juicing the vegetable might trim down the oxalate content a little, but not much.
