I have a horrible sore throat so I looked at my tonsils in the mirror and on one of them I saw 2 great big white spots. One looks close to it's part of the tonsil but the other one looks resembling a foreign object. I've tried to carry it off but my tongue and gag reflex hang on to getting in the bearing! I don't want to leave it in that lest it get infected. What should I do? How do I relax my tongue and grasp rid of my gag reflex? While one of the white spots looks like a foreign intent, that you're not swallowing it or vomiting it up tells me it probably isn't. It's extremely difficult for foreign objects to stay in the mouth precisely because of the gag reflex. We're designed to preserve foreign objects out, either by swallowing them or vomiting them up. That you are competent to do neither and still be able to breathe system that it's a sore like the other one.
White spots on the tonsils are not a biddable sign. They usually have pus within them, which means they're infected. (White blood cell go to brawl the infection and some of them get kill in the process. That's what pus is. Dead white blood cell.) Not to worry, though! A doctor can give somebody a lift one look at it and tell whether or not it's an infection. Bacterial infections are straightforward to treat, but you need antibiotics, which can merely be prescribed by a doctor.
I hope you feel better soon! I have this a week before Christmas, but after getting antibiotics, drinking seriously of liquids and getting bedrest, I feel better quickly. By the mode, a spoonful of honey coats a sore throat and helps soothe the twinge.
go to the doctor and ask him/her bout it
