i'm 21 and in my 4th year contained by college.. i've had trouble sleeping since i be a kid (7years old) but it was tolerable until my first few years contained by college.. during this past few months though, i conjecture it's getting worse.. but now it's gotten worst than ever..
jan 5 - i slept from 7am to 5pm
jan 6 - 4pm to 8pm
jan 7 - 8am to 5pm
jan 8 - no sleep at adjectives
jan9 - 1am to 6pm
jan 10 - no sleep yet and it's 6am already
my studies and day by day activities are really artificial.. is there anything that i can do to breed my sleeping habits at most minuscule little bit normal?.. i'm planning to consult a doctor but i still don't enjoy the time.. so i'm asking for other solutions for now.. gratefulness a lot!.. im surrounded by my second year of university and im experiencing similar problems. in the ultimate month it has gotten worse as in good health. i got over the counter sleeping pills second week and they helped a short time. but im going to go to the doctors soon because im exhausted adjectives the time and i can't sleep. i know its difficult to find time to go to the doctor, so i suggest you try getting sleeping pills from the drug store. dutiful luck!
Get some sleeping pills in CVS or Rite Aid store.
