Help me!?

I was walking my dog and he pooped on my shoe, i tripped on it... fell into it... and accidentally ate some [it didnt tase that bad]] but very soon i am worrried it can hurt me. what should i do? If I were to believe this story, which I don't, I'd read aloud to not worry roughly speaking it. It's gross, but harmless.
